Texas Gyms, Muscle Confusion

Another great tip to getting a great body is, to trick your muscles. This process is known as muscle confusion. You may have heard of such exercises through programs such as P90X, which is famous for its muscle confusion tricks, and it’s adventurous workout routines. Not only is doing the same routine over and over boring, but your body gets used to it and learns it.

Once your body learns routine your muscles will stop growing and will adapt, so make sure that you are always switching of your training routines, the amount of reps you do, and the number of sets you do any training. Make sure that during each training session, the train at a high level of intensity and really push your body to its limits. This is known as positive failure, or barely getting the last rep up.

When you feel that you are ready you should try increasing the weight that you are lifting. If your body and muscles get used to lifting the same amount of weight they will never want to get stronger. Remember use different reps and sets, keep the intensity levels up high, and make your muscles change and grow.

Changing your routine daily or weekly works as a positive and more than one way. Doing the same old thing over and over gets boring pretty quickly. So search for new and exciting ways to keep yourself entertained while working out.
